These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StyleCriticAI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the StyleCriticAI application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

StyleCriticAI is a personal style assistant application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze outfits, provide style ratings, and offer personalized recommendations to users. The Service offers premium features available through subscription plans.

4. Subscription Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must sign up for a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • The content you upload to the Service

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change subscription fees upon notice, and such changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store account settings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by StyleCriticAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit the Service in any way without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Service
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Service

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STYLECRITICAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleCriticAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England And Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
